A warm welcome but chilly nights

Arriving at night, I was greeted generously by the staff, and the cute atmosphere was a comfort after my long drive. The location was ideal for my needs.

The Doubletree By Hilton offered a spacious room with a comfortable king bed and a clean environment. The business center facilities were particularly useful, providing reliable internet access and ample workspace for my needs. The dining experience at the on-site restaurant was a pleasant surprise, with delicious meal options at reasonable prices.

Rude staff and a dirty room. Horrible experience. Changed my check in date through Booked.net and they said they had no record of the change. Finally checked in and the room was dirty:(.

The indoor pool is clean and perfect for relaxation. Rooms are spacious with mini fridges. The location is great, close to shopping and restaurants. Staff provided excellent service throughout my stay.

After visiting Asheville it was ideal distance for us to stop, relax, and Plan our next days travel.

I liked the room, it was very nice and clean. The beds were great. The room overall was very pretty and nice. They gave us a free cookie which was yummy! They also had a restraunt there.

I didn't like that they didn't offer free breakfast.

The indoor pool was impressively clean and perfect for a quick dip after a long day. I loved the spacious room with a mini fridge and a comfortable king bed. Plus, the convenience of being close to entertainment spots.

Everything was well-maintained, had a wonderful stay for a night. The personnel was super-friendly and amiable, and the hostess too.

There is a huge variety of outstanding food for breakfast. I'm glad that getting Disability Access room with a nice work desk, very comfortable beds was not a problem. The location is lovely, the staff is really helpful. There is an awesome restaurant at a moderate distance from hotel.

The stay was mainly for a short transit while traveling through the area. I appreciated that the room was clean and had a spacious layout. The indoor pool was a nice feature for the kids to unwind after a long day on the road. The restaurant on-site was somewhat lacking in variety, which could have enhanced our dining experience.

Comfortable Stay with Great Location

I recently spent a night in Johnson City and found my stay enjoyable, especially the indoor pool, clean and perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The queen room was spacious and well-kept, and the hotel's location made accessing nearby restaurants and shops easy. I would have appreciated more seating options in the common areas.

The doubletree by hilton has a great location, super close to where I needed to be. The queen room with two queen beds was spacious and clean, perfect for our family stay. We enjoyed the indoor pool, a fun way to unwind after our day.
